Tim Green
​We love helping clients relocate from out of the area and we pay referral fees. Tim is a native of the Fort Wayne area. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1994. After a brief career with GE Corp, Tim entered the real estate industry and became licensed as a broker in 2001. Tim started Sterling Realty Advisors in 2002 and serves as the Managing Broker. Tim and his team have significant experience selling nearly 2,000 homes in the greater Fort Wayne area. The Team specializes in Senior Relocation , New Construction, Representing Sellers and Buyers. One of the biggest components to our success is the Team approach which gives each client the benefit of superior Customer Service and Guaranteed results. 92% of our business comes from referrals or repeat clients. Accountability is paramount through their unique Service Guarantees. Having been part of an award winning real estate coaching group, Tim has studied under the best real estate brokers in North America. Tim is a family man. His wife, Jennie, of 22 years, works as a RN. Together they are raising 4 very active boys, ages 21, 19, 14 and 8 They recently celebrated the birth of their first grandchild. They attend Pathway Community Church. He also served for 9 years on the board of the Early Childhood Alliance.His goal, along with his team, is to provide professional, informative and honest service for each client by placing their interests above his own.

Shelbi Brown
Shelbi Brown is native of northeast Indiana. She was raised in Whitley County and has spent many summers exploring and enjoying lakes in Noble, Steuben and Lagrange County. She graduated from IPFW in 2016 with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. She started her real estate career as an administrative assistant and after gaining extensive experience managing the office, she made the transition to helping people buy and sell homes fulltime in 2014. To her clients, Shelbi is known for her tenacious, can-do attitude. She loves helping her clients avoid risk by Shelbi loves serving each of her clients' individual needs. She understands the stresses of life and of buying a new home. Whether it's tomorrow, next month or next year, she understands you are searching for the perfect home and is always willing to help. In her very little spare time, she loves adventuring with her family including her husband Brady and daughter Flora.

Joci Plank
Joci was born and raised in New Haven, and lives in Fort Wayne. Originally licensed as a commercial brokerage assistant, she handled marketing and back-end transaction maintenance as well as property management for multiple brokers. She gained insight and experience with ROI, importance of market analysis , and business minded transactions. After graduating from IPFW with a Bachelor’s in English in 2011, Joci worked as a copywriter. Her portfolio included commercial copy for websites, grant writing, and drafting contracts. This experience has been exponentially helpful in her career in real estate regarding clear communication, diligent review and writing of effective contracts which give an edge over other brokers in our market. Moving to the residential side of real estate was easy for Joci as she thrives in developing relationships. She truly cares about her clients and treats them all as friends and family. Joci spends her free time with her husband of 8 years Andy, daughter Lulu - age 9, and dog, Argo. She enjoys camping, adventures, has a monthly book club with her friends, and volunteering in her community. For the last 10 years, she has been volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana. She and Andy have been Bigs for many years, helped with many events and fundraisers, and Joci now co-chairs the Ambassador committee at the agency to help champion the cause to other businesses and community members.

April started her career with Sterling In 2019. She explored the ins and outs of real estate as the marketing specialist and administrative leader. While finishing up her degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication, she decided to get her license. Since then, she has enjoyed helping dozens of her own clients make their dreams come true. In her spare time, she loves cherishing the little moments with her toddler, Remington and significant other, Nathan. Along with going on adventures and exploring the great outdoors with their dog, Daisy.

Bev Crozier
Bev Crozier is a native of the Fort Wayne area. Over her career, she has worked extensively in accounting and as an office manager for a local non-profit organization. In 2005 she graduated from Ivy Tech College with a degree in Paralegal Studies. Bev started her real estate career with Sterling Associates in 2016. She loves greeting and assisting clients, as well as maintaining the inner-workings of the office. In her spare time, Bev loves to go boating with her husband Dave, home gardening, cooking and doing fun activities with her grandchildren.
